After assisting in the expansion of the fast-growing annual Night to Shine special needs prom with the Tim Tebow Foundation, founder Sean O’Hare wondered if there was a way to create these engaging events year-round, while encouraging volunteerism and raising money for local special needs charities. And thus the idea for 100 Million Strong began.

While Sean was visiting a Down Syndrome hospital in Paris the suggestion of a worldwide special needs fashion show was developed.

Night to Shine, in just 4 years, has grown to 537 locations with over 90,000 special needs participants. 100 Million Strong hopes to follow that lead and grow at a similar rate.
